If you are using IE 7, Firefox 2.0.x or Safari 2.0 or higher, you do not need to download a feed reader. You should be able to subscribe automatically by making your choices on the form supplied.

If you are using an older web browser, you will have to download a feed reader since older browsers do not support the functionality of your being able to automatically subscribe. A hint: Update your web browser!

Aggregators (for RSS Feeds) reduce the time and effort needed to regularly check web sites for updates, creating a unique information space or "personal newspaper." Once subscribed to a feed, an aggregator is able to check for new content at user-determined intervals and retrieve the update. The content is sometimes described as being "pulled" to the subscriber, as opposed to "pushed" with email or IM. Unlike recipients of some "pushed" information, the aggregator user can easily unsubscribe from a feed.
