If you have recently added a course, there can be up to a 3 day "lag" time before you will be able to log into that course. Please note that if the add occurs at the end of the work week AND near the end of our business day, the earliest that you will be added is the following Monday. Be sure to check our hours of operation listed near the bottom of this page. See our Registration Help Page for more information an adding classes, including how to petititon to add an online course.

Java Applet technolgy is used in many area of Blackboard classes. Please visit this website to test that you have the Java plugin is installed and to check its version.
Blackboard Learn requires the latest version of Oracle Java 6. At this time Java 7 (Version 1.7) is not supported by Blackboard Learn. As of 4/2/2012 Firefox users must install Java Version 6 Update 31 (1.6.0_31) or higher.

Having Trouble With Blackboard?
If you're having trouble with Blackboard, log into the Blackboard Sample Class for additional help. The sample class contains Blackboard-specific FAQ's, Tutorials, and other resources that can help you.
To log into the sample class, use click the Sample Class link, then click the "Blackboard 9.1 Sample Class" title, under "My Courses."
